To attend, Trainees must be an HSANZ member or you can apply at the time of registration. To join HSANZ, please complete a membership form available from  https://www.hsanz.org.au and return it to hsanz@hsanz.org.au

Interstate attendees may also apply for support for flights and 1 night accommodation (Friday 27th October), if you require this support you can indicate this during registration.
